*PLEASE READ* “Stronger than Yesterday” was written for all those who are fighting a life threatening or chronic illness and their families. I wrote this song after hearing my friend Kent Soper, who was diagnosed with stage 4 Esophageal cancer, who told me that his personal mantra while fighting cancer was “I am stronger than yesterday”. After hearing his mantra I was inspired to write the song with the input of those who have fought or have lost someone they love to cancer. I received help writing the song from a good friend Erik Heppler and a lot of input from his wife Carolyn. Erik Heppler also fought cancer and passed away leaving behind his wife Carolyn and their three beautiful children. We made this video after sitting and listening to dozens of personal stories of those effected by cancer. We hope that this song can help inspire and motivate those that are in the thick of the fight to keep going, keep fighting, take courage and stand strong. Whoever is reading this I want you to know that I love you so much. This song was brought to life from an acoustic guitar to a full arrangement by the gifted hands of Grammy nominated producer Randy Slaugh. The music video was filmed, directed and produced by the exceptionally talented Vincent Pelina of VP Productions. Their talents along with the crew that worked hard behind the scenes and the support of my sweet wife Dani made this possible.
